IMPORTANT RULING BY AIR JUSTICE SIAI. Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, September 9. Air Justice Sim, president of the Arbitration Court, giving an interpretation of the bricklayers’ award, holds that a clause stating tho proportion of apprentices to journeymen applies only when more than one apprentice is employed. An employer may engage one apprentice, even if there are no journeymen.
