EXTRADITION REFUSED
HOBART, August 3. 'The court has refused to grant the extradition of Mrs Amnion, charged by tho New Zealand police with allegedly leaving the Dominion within twelve months of her bankruptcy, with money which should have been handed to her creditors, who were willing to accept a compromise which was being arranged. The court held that the bankruptcy law was being used when there was no occasion therefor.
