If only one coupon is sent the sixpence can be remitted in stamps, but if more than one coupon be sent, Postal Notes must be enclosed at the rate of 6d per coupon. Stamps must not be used where the amount Is more than sixpence. Only Postal Notes. All Postal Notes must be crossed and made payable to “The New Zealand Times,” and the full name and address of sender written on the back. The number of the Postal Note must be written in the space marked for ifin the coupon. “The New Zealand Times” guarantees the amount of prize-money for this competition, and in consideration, reserves the right, should the amount bo exceeded, to retain the difference towards expenses. The Editor cannot hold himself liable in respect of any entry where coupons or remittances are delayed #r lost in transit. Competitors must send in their attempts so as to reach “The New Zealand Times” Office not later than 3rd August, 1912. Results will be published in “The New Zealand Times” on the following Saturday, 10th August. Address envelope thus: —Editor, "New Zealand Times,” Box 731, Wellington. Write “Finals” in the top left corner of envelope.
