Alter making provision for depreciation—£9,l44 is lid—and placing to reserves as follows, viz: Reserve fond £ISOO, insurance reserve £2300, equalisation of dividend reserve £3OOO, and lor the interim dividend paid December 31st, 1911 —£4230 there remains a balance or £6094, from which the directors recommend a further dividend of 4 per cent., leaving to bo carried forward £1863. The retiring directors are Messrs Edward Newman and James Campion, who, being eligible, offer themselves for re-election.
