SuLTAN'S- POWER To DISSOLVE CHAMBER. (Received August 1, 9.55 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, August 1. The Government has introduced in the Chamber of Deputies a Bill to empower the Sultan to dissolve the Chamber without the Senate’s assent, provided a new Chamber is summoned within half a year.
An Irade has been issued granting an amnesty to 130 exiles, including dignatories of old regime.
