GENERAL FORECAST FOE TO-DAY. (By the Dominion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. Thursday) are for increasing hare and cloudiness, a change following shortly for rain in. most parts of the country and soon northward of East Cape and Kawhia and in Otago.
