ARNST SAYS HE HAS NO EXCUSE. LONDON, July 30. Arnst, when interviewed after his raoo yesterday, said he had no excuses. Barry was a very fine sculler. An regards his future, Arnst says he is going to try pigeon-shooting on the Continent, and may abandon sculling, which is 'terribly hard work. ANOTHER RACE WANTED. Towns declares that, fit and well, Arnst is easily better than Barry. A sculler wants at least four_ of five months in a country before racing.
