CENSURE MOTION IN ASSEMBLY. (Received July 31, 1.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 31. In the Assembly to-day Mr Wade resumed the Address-in-Reply debate, and concluded with a warm attack on the Government in moving a want-of-confidence motion. The Assembly then adjourned. RIVERS RUNNING BANK HIGH. SYDNEY, July 30. The Nepean and Murrumbidgee rivers are bank high, and floods are threatened. (Received July 31, 0.15 a.m.) SYDNEY, July SO. Rain continues. Over ten Inches have been recorded during July.
