- At;the request of the Prime Minister hie. Excellency the Governor has sent a cable message to the Secretary of State for the Colonies asking him to convey to his Imperial Japanese Majesty’s Ambassador in London tho sincere sympathy of the Government and people of New Zealand with the Japanese nation in the death of the Mikado.
