FLOODS IN NEW SOUTH WALES
SYDNEY, July 29. Heavy rain continues. There are floods in the Hawkesbury district. Fears are felt regarding tho missing ketch Candidate, which is fifteen days out from Camden harbour. HAWKESBURY OUTLOOK BETTER. (Received July 30, 0.50 0.m.) SYDNEY, July 29. The Hawkesbury River la falling, and the fears of a big flood are subsiding. (Received July 29, 11.16 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 29. This has been another day of incessant rain. The coastal rivoro are rising, ond the low-lying lands in the Hunter River valley are flooded.
