TWELVE MEN BURIED

FOUR. DEAD AND OTHERS IN BAD CASE. QUEBEC, July 25. Twelve workmen who were laying a pipe in some new pulp mills were buried alive through the caving-in of the sides of the huge ditch. Four of the men were dead when they were uncovered, and others are dying. A crowd of would-be rescuers heard the groans of the buried men, but were unable to reach them in time.
