Present indications (5 p.m. Thursday) are for easterly to south-e&sterly winds, probably increasing again strong to gale generally. Unsettled and cloudy weather, with rain probable generally, and more snow on higher levels and in the south. The barometer is due to fall everywhere, but particularly in the north.
