CONSOLS TOUCH BOTTOM
(Received July 21, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON, July 34. Imperial Consols closed yesterday at £73 15s.
In 1912 Consols arc spending the -worst year in their modern history. They fell to £76 7s 6d in September last during period of anxiety caused by the labor troubles at Homo and the Tripolitan and Moroccan crises. That price was then the lowest recorded since IS3I, when ns 3 per cent, (they arc now 2£) stocks Qonsols changed hands at X 74 17s (j.i. The present Quotations establishes a record for lowness.
