WELLINGTON TEAM TO MEET
SOUTH ISLAND.
The following’ team has been selected by Mr Meredith, sole selector, to meet the South Island touring representatives at the Athletic Park on Wednesday next, the 31st inst.:
Pull-back, J. Eyan: three-quarters. Grace, Murray, and Young; five-eighths, Ramsdon and McKenzie; half, i. Roberts; forwards, Eliott, Hilts, Mofiatt, Gillespie, Wilson, McFariane, E. Paton, and J. Skinner. All the above are specially requested to meet at the Oriental gymnasium on Monday evening nest at 8 o'clock. Any unable to play in the team are asked to notify at once. ASSOCIATION GAME. SCHOOL REPRESENTATIVES. The following school representative Association footnall team has been selected ; —Goalkeeper, Deana (Karori); backs, Jackson (Maranui}, Patton (Marist T); halves, McArthur (Thomdon), Eyan (Marist T), Fitzgerald (Marist H), captain; forwards, Tonks (Thorndon), Tonks (Maranui), McCarlie (Te Aro), Owens (Te Aro), O’Callaghan (Marist T). Emergency: McCabe (Te Aro). The team will leave for Blenheim by the Pateena on Friday next. Mr C. K. Dick has been appointed manager. '■
