DOCTORS MAY BREAK OFF NEGO. TIATIONS.
LONDON, July 21. A private representative meeting of •the British Medical Association, held at Liverpool, hy an overwhelming majority, passed a resolution which will await confirmation hy a plenary session of the association. A correspondent States that the resolution recommends ii rupture of the negotiations between the doctors and the Government regarding the insurance scheme.
