HEAVY SEAS CAUSE MUCH DAMAGE. (Deceived July 23, 1 a.m.) MELBOURNE, July 22. Record tides during the recent gales completely altered the Gippsland lakes entrance. One roller of tidaj wave dimensions shook residences and hroko end washed away a largo area of ground and trees.
