CONFLICT WITH TROOPS IN DUTCH COLONY.

THE HAGUE; July 21. Three hundred Chinese coolies rioted in tho Government tin mines on tho Island of Banka, in the Dutch East Indies, south-east of Sumatra. They attacked tho manager’s office and killed one of tho staff.
