They supply the system with new blood, which feeds the starved, out-of-tone nerves, - and when the nerves are restored the complaint disappears. Miss Fairer gave the following account of Her illness to,a reporter: “ I got. a fright when a child and I never got over it. The trembling set in, and I suffered for years, only getting worse and worse all the time. There wasn’t a muscle or nervo that wasn’t always on the go. My head would move, and the eyebrows and mouth twitched convulsively. I simply could hot hold anything in my bands. For .a long time I had to be fed like a phi^d.'. ; I .Had to ,■ stop away from school, for I got so excited and irritable. For weeks at a timo I could not dress myself or button .anything. As I grow up I was little use in the house, for I could hardly be trusted to do anything. Onco I burned all my sleeve trying to light the firo. If I went to pick up anything I nearly always knocked something over. I would jump and start and tremble like a leaf at the least noise, and break into tears at a chance hasty word. If I went for a walk my feet would twist all ways, and I .was always grimacing. People would pity me. Sly case oould not hsjre been worse. I was just a bundle of nerves and every one of them was askew. At last I was driven into town, wo were living in the country then, and put in the hospital for more than six' months; though I had every attention I bad to leave as incurable; In the hospital I was put in a oot, and even then sometimes strapped down, for I rolled out of an ordinary bed. One leg dragged after me when I walked, and often people could not make out what I was saying. I would stammer, and then stop, and then words came jumbling in a rush. I went on this way for years. Sometimes for a few weeks the attacks lessened, but never for any more than three weeks at a time, and then it was the same all over again. It was a fortunate day for me when I tried Dr Williams’ Fink Pills. From the first box I began to be built up, and with three boxes it; was clear to everyone that my nerves were getting stronger, for the twitching was much less, ana I oould get some positive control over the muscles, besides I felt brighter and stronger. The next throe boxes suite cured me. The complaint disappeared out of my system and has never returned.” Dr Williams’ Pink Pills are sold by chemists arid storekeepers, or sent by mail, post paid on receipt of price 8s per box,' six boxes ICs 6d by the Dr Williams’ Medicine Company of Australasia, Ltd., Wellington, • •
