EENO (Nevada), July 19. Twenty lives were lost in a cloudburst in the town of Seven Troughs, which was wiped out. Other towns have also suffered considerably; Ten bodies have been recovered.
PEKIN. July' 19. The Assembly has vetoed Yuan Shih Kai’s Cabinet nominees except the Premier. The latter intends to resign.
