MELBOURNE, June 8. The Federal Government is sending an export to test the Papuan oilfield. It is officially explained that a typo, graphical error made the amount proposed to be • spent on the Geelong Naval College £60,000 instead .of £6OOO, tho correct figure.
SYDNEY, Juno 8. At a meeting attended by 200 shareholders it was decided to wind up the business of Sanders, Sutton, and Whitehead, Ltd. Tho .company lost nearly £40,000 in two years. It was formed in 1910, amalgamating five light carrying businesses. A United Purebred Dairy Cattle Breeders’ Association has been formed here'. -
