Mr Pethick Lawrence (joint editor of “ Votes for Women ”), his wife, and Miss Christabel Pankhurst have been arrested on a charge of conspiring to incite to damage property. Included in those so sentenced is Dr Louisa Garrett Anderson, of Harley street, who got six weeks. Many others were sent to gaol for two months. Tho sentences were received with applause in court.
