FENGTAI MEN SENT AWAY BY SPECIAL TRAIN.

The Government pardoned one thousand Fengtai mutineers, and provided them with a special train in which to proceed to Lukochow. The train warn so filled with equipment and loot that the mutineers were forced to walk.
