WILL BE RIGIDLY SUPPRESSED BY THE GAEKWAR. By Telegraph— Press Association— Copyright BOMBAY, March 4The Gaekwar of Baroda has issued an order in which h© states that h© has been painfully surprised to learn of the existence in Baroda of a feeling of sympathy with seditious writings, and that ho is determined to suppress any sedition.
He emphasises the identity of the interest of the native States with those of British India, and demands cooperation with a view to eradicating disaffection.

The Agah Kham is resigning the presidency of the Allindia Moslem League. This step is attributed to his acquiescing in breaking pledges to Mohammedans in Eastern Bengal. (Received March 5, 11.50 p.m.) CALCUTTA, March 5.
Tlie Allindia Moslem League approved the transfer of the capital, but bitterly deplored the annulment of the partition of Bengal as having the appearance that the authorities were ready to make concessions to seditious clamours. , ,
