THE WEATHER PROSPECTS
GENERAL FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. (By the Deminion Meteorologist.) Present indications (5 p.m. Friday) are for strong westerly winds, backing to northerlies in the North'lsland, and high northerly winds elsewhere. A storm area appears to be approaching from the westward, and general rains will probably follow. The Barometer is likely to fall low in the south in the next twenty-four hours.
