The size of the main portion of the building, not including, the’ rear extension, is 30ft wide by 20ft deep. A small basement under the kitchen will be found very useful. The main walls are Bft 6in high and the sizes of the various rooms are-. Living room, 10ft x ISftf dining 12ft; kitchen, 9£t Gin x lOft. All the rooms are well lighted, and in the dining room the Latch window is fitted with a seat. The bath room opens out of the kitchen, thus bringing all the p lumbing work close together. There is a small rear porch, with cellar steps leading down from it.
