CHANGE OF TAXATION IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright , ADELAIDE, December 7. In the Legislative Assembly the Treasurer announced that it was proposed to impose an additional all-round tax of a halfpenny, yielding £106,000, and as a set-off to reduce tho income tax, abolish the stamp tax, reduce railway freights, and make other remissions totalling £127,000.
