The Kalgoorlie-Port Aflgusta Railway Bill has been put through all its stages in the Federal. House of Representatives. INSCRIBED STOCK BILL. MELBOURNE, December 7. The Federal Premier, Air Fisher, introduced the Inscribed Stock Bill empowering the Government to raise loans. The maximum rate of interest is fixed and a sinking fund for the redemption of the stock provided. In reply to a question, Air Fisher stated that the Government would probably require to raise the money this session. >
