The Inspector-General of Police has. issued strict instructions that boxing contests must not be allowed to develop into prize-fights or exhibitions of bru tality. Under no circumstances will in fringing of this bo allowed. Tho clean break is insisted upon. Contestants must bo medically examined and certi Red fit before they enter tho ring.
