FULLERS' PICTURES. A large audience witnessed an t excellent display of Fuller's moving pictures at the Skating Rink, Vivian street, last night. The pictures, which were of a decidedly high order, met with tho entire approval of those present. • A change of programme will take place to-night, and the management have also made arrangements for the notification of elec- | tion results on the screen. THE NEW THEATRE, The change programme at the New Theatre yesterday afternoon and evening proved quite as popular as any that has, preceded it. From an excellent programme there may be selected, as pictures of distinctive merit, the scenic collection “The Beautiful Wye Valley,” three thrilling dramas: “A Tale of the Foothills,” “'Tis an 111 Wind that Blows Nobody any Good," and “A Squaw's ’Love," and the Napoleonic drama: “The Drummer Boy 1 of, Austerlitz." The programme will be repeated to-day *and thi< evening. The results of the general election will be announced from the stag© at intervals in this evening's entertainment. OPERA HOUSE. There was a large audience at the Opera House last evening, when Rickards' Vaudeville Company repeated the bright programme that has drawn crowded houses - throughout the week. The gymnastic di&play. given by Mddle. Alcide Capitaine is one of the finest exhibitions of graceful acrobatic 'work that has been seen on a Wellington stage for seme considerable time. The remainder of the performers are well above the average standard. The programme will be repeated to-night, and there will be a matinee on Saturday. THEATRE ROYAL. The audiences at the Theatre Royal crch evening are sufficient proof of the estimation the public have o i kinemacolor: pictures. This presentation of objects and scenes in natural colour is very successful, and is sooner or later sure to become the predominant form of cinematograph entertainment.
