The cricket match between New, South Wales and South Australia concluded to-day. The New South Wales team, who made 316 in the first innings, won by 361 runs, scoring 35? in the second innings. Minnett made 87 not out and Long 24. The wickettakers were: Rees two for 76, Chamberlain two for 35, Crawford’three for 82, and Whitty three for 76. The South Australians, who made 209 in their first innings, collapsed in the second, and made only 98. Hill (not out 32) and Mayne (18) were the chief scorers. Cotter took five wickets for 47 and Hazlitt four for 34. These were the only bowlers.
