OBITUARY
IIE A. E. V. LODDER. ’ A well-known citizen, Mr A. E. V. Dodder. died shortly before 11 o'clock last evening, aged fifty-nine years. The deceased had been in his usual health up to last Friday, when he .took to his bed, and his end came somewhat unexpectedly. Sir Lodder, who was a native of England, had been a resident of Wellington for many years. He was proprietor of the City Buffet Hotel. Lam hton quay, and of thV Bellevue Gardens Hotel, Lower Hutt. Re leaves a widow and eight children.
