The House of Commons’ invitation to tho railway companies to hold another conference with tho men has been submitted to the companies by Mr Sydney Buxton, President of tho Board of Trade. It is suggested as a basis for the conference that the findings of the Railway Strike Commission should ho accepted in principle and substance by both sides.
