The Australasian League football team, played its sixth match in Britain to-day, when it met a thirteen at Widnes, Lancashire, in the presence of 4000 spectators, and won by 5 tries, four of which wore converted, to' nil. In the first half Gilbert and Brossnham, for the visitors, scored tries, * which Francis converted. The second half saw very rough play. There were frequent fights in the scrummages. Holloway and Darmody, two of the Widnes players, wore ordered off. McCue scored once in this spell and Courtney twico. Francis converted two of the tries. RESULTS OF THE TOUR.
