AGRICULTURAL SHOWS
MANAWATU AND WEST COAST. The annual show of the Manawatu and West Coast A. and P. Association will be held at Palmerston North, on Norcnv her Ist. 2nd, and 3rd. His Excellency the Governor (Lord Islington) has extendcd his patronage. The Kennel Club's champion dog show will also bo held at the same time- Live stock entries closa to-morrow. WAXHAItAPA AND EAST COAST. Tho thirty-fourth annual show willbt hold at Cart®!ton on October 25th and 23th. There will be competitions on both days, challenge cups, rose bowk, and medals in horse, cattle, and sheep classes, and jumping. Entries closed yesterday.
