The following candidates have qualified for certificates at the wool-classing examination held at Masterton;— Charles Bannister— Theory, 88 per cent, of marks; practice, 85. T. R. Mannell— Theory, 81, practice 83. H. Hummer— Theory 77, practice /0. B. Hunter—Theory 73, practice <4. Mr Bannister passed the examination with honours.
