CAFE AT TOULON WRECKED. . By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright PARIS, October 9. An infernal machine at Toulon wrecked a cafe, five persons being injured by tbe explosion. Several other persons were hurt during the panic that followed the explosion. There is no clue to the perpetrators of tbe dastardly outrage. .
