INJURIES END FATALLY.
TRESS ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN. October 10. Charles John Ayers, aged twenty.eight, who met with an accident at Hudson’s biscuit factory on September 21st, died in the hospital to-day. While Ayers was on a ladder malting alterations to a pulley, one of the rungs broke, and he foil some fifteen feet to the ground, auditing the edge of the trolley and severely lacerating Iris abdomen. He had sufficiently recovered to bo able to get out in the hospital grounds, but two days ago bo took a turn lor the worse.
