THE ARRESTED YACHTSMEN RELEASED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, September 22. Tho two English, yachtsmen, Shephard and Munro (said to bo British officers), arrested on a charge of espionage, and who wore alleged to have had in their possession three photographs of Emden harbour, have been released.
