GOVERNMENT POTATO DEPOTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received August 4, 8.50 p.m.) PERTH, August 4. With the object of. supplying tho public at a reasonable rate without risking tho introduction of blight, tho Government has established depots for tho sale of potatoes at 11s per weight. A recent cable message stated that owing to the prohibition of the importation of > potatoes for fear of blight tho price at Perthl was £4O per ton.
