Arrangements were made by the General Post OEice authorities and tne chief cable companies to deal with 10,000,000 words of cabled descriptions ol tbe Coronation for to all parts of the world on the evening of June Mr Booker Andrew’s song, "Long Live the Kong.” was sung in towns all over the United Kingdom on Coronation day. Proceeds of the sale of the song 'were devoted to the Fresh Air Fund for ’poor city children.
