DRAMATIC SOCIETY.
There was a large attendance at the annual meeting of the Wellington Dramatic Society last night. Several new members were proposed. Tho following officers were elected: —President, Dr Izard; vice-presi-dents. Mrs T. G. Macarthy, Sir J. G. Findlay, Dr Newman, and Messrs T. M. Wilford, W. Barber, J. Fuller, and E. Fletcher. The society has a play in hand, which will ho produced at an early date.
