WASHINGTON, August 2,
Arrangements for the Anglo-Ameri-can arbitration treaty have been completed. The Right Hon. James Bryce, British Ambassador, is on his way hero to sign the treaty on Britain’s behalf. The French treaty will be dispatched to Paris by special messenger. President Taft expects to submit both treaties to Congress before the session ends.
