Harbour Board Reclamation and Empowering Act, 1908,’ tho said Miramar Borough Council hereby makes and levies a. Special (Rate of One-eighth of a Penny (id) in .the ■£ upon the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Miramar, comprising the whole of the said Borough of Miramar, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half yearly on the Ist day of June and the Ist day of December in each and every year during the ‘ currency of such loan, being a period of 26 years from the Ist day of June, 1911. or until the loan is fully paid off. The above resolution will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the Council, to be: held on FRIDAY, the 4th day,of August, 1911. at 12.30 p.m. at the Council Chambers (King’s Chambers, AYillis street.
