PBBBS ASSOCIATION. , DUNEDIN, August X. Speaking to-night at a complimentary social tendered him at Green Island by his constituents, the Hon. T. Mackenzie (Minister of Agriculture) referred to a statement which appeared in the press relative to inform alien being obtained about tho decisions of the boundary commissioners by Cabinet Ministers who used it for electioneering purposes, and gave it a most emphatic denial. It was to bo deplored, ho said, that almost every move they, made was converted into something dishonourable. Ho was sure that the country was sick and tired of the expense and distortion and contortion. of the constituencies question, for the community of interests was to entirely do away with this, because they had to fix their boundtries on such a narrow, margin of population. The country was tired of the system, and the sooner it was rprHlmd the brtler.
