General Hertzog, Union Alinistor of Education, in a speech at Port Elizabeth, said that what South Africa wanted was not a consolidation of British or Dutch,- but a consolidation of South Africans. Ho warned his hoaxers against tho danger, of cosmopolitan capital, without patriotism, exploiting South Africa.
