SECOND LINE BETWEEN AUSTRALIA AND NEfW ZEALAND. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. LONDON, July 27. A Bill introduced into Parliament authorises -the Pacific Ca*hlo Board to construct a cable between Australia and New Zealand out of the reserve fund provided. The reserve will thereby bo reduced below £IOO,OOO. The board will repay the amount in thirty-five years at 31 per cent. .
