Mr Hashes to work 2xk) dairy farm at Windsor on tho i?haro pysUsm for twelve months. After eight vooks defendant declared that tho farm ■was not beans properly worked, and ordered BoEinffer to nuift. Tbo latter ref used, juid Mr Hughes had him forcibly removed. A stay erf proceedings was granted ponding a decision of tho Fall Court on some points q£ law.
