DECIDEDLY TRUCULENT IN TONE BERLIN, July 37. The German newspapers hare become increasingly truculent in regard 'to the situation in Morocco. They declare that ■ Germany _ is ready to pick Tip the glove, and any attempt to hold her in will lead to catastrophe. The “ Cologne Gazette, ’* a semiofficial organ, says the German people arc not disposed to allow themselves to bo violated by foreign Powers. “ Let them beware in London and Jhvris,” adds tho “ Garotte.” A BELLICOSE UTTERANCE. BERLIN, July 2S. An inspired bellicose communique published in the “ Lokal Anzciger” declares that Germany is indisposed to tolerate wanton and frivolous interference, and issues a warning to “ too impertinent disturbers of tho peace.”
