Messrs Alcoek and Co., Ltd., have accepted a tender from Mr J. Moffat for the erection of a now billiard factory at Nowtown. The bnildings will be the most complete of their kind in New Zealand, and orjual to anything in Australia. They are to be modelled after the well-known and up-to-date factories of the parent company in Anstralia and England.
