NEW SOUTH WALES SCHEME. OYER £3,000,000 TO BE SPENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. SYDNEY, July 13. Mr W. A. Holman, Acting-State Premier, told the Farmers’ and Settlers’ Conference that two millions will be spent immediately on the duplication of railway lines, also £410,000 on increasing the accommodation in Darling harbour and railway yards, and £700,000 on a low-level road around the foreshores of the harbour.
